Animease is a web-based animation tool that allows users to create 2D animations through text prompts and simplified interfaces. The service includes:

  • Dialogue and action event creation
  • Background and music generation
  • Voice synchronization
  • Animation export capabilities

4. Content Ownership & Licenses

User-Created Content: You retain ownership of the stories, dialogue, and other original content you input into the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

AI-Generated Elements: The characters, animations, backgrounds, and other elements generated by our AI based on your inputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to the limitations in these Terms. Animease retains ownership of the underlying technology, algorithms, and pre-existing art assets used to generate content.

Exported Animations: The final animations you create using Animease may be used for personal and commercial purposes, provided they don't violate these Terms. Commercial usage may be subject to subscription tier limitations.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Animease to create:

  • Content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented content
  • Content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, or violence
  • Content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harassing
  • Content that impersonates another person or entity
  • Content that may be harmful to minors

6. Children's Use

Animease is designed to be family-friendly and appropriate for children when used with parental supervision. Parents or legal guardians who allow children to use the Service are responsible for ensuring all usage complies with these Terms. We collect limited information from users.

7. Copyright Policy

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Animease and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

8. Subscription Tiers & Payments

Animease may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date
  • Pricing and features available in each tier are subject to change with notice
  • Refunds are available according to our Refund Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animease shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or goodwill. For paid subscribers, the entire liability of the Company under these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to the Service during that month. For free tier users, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms and Conditions and/or by notifying you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
