Thank you for using Animease, our easy-to-use 2D animation platform.

The following terms are applicable for any subscriptions or premium features that you have purchased from us.

1. Free and Paid Services

Animease offers both free and premium services:

  • Free Tier: Basic animation creation with limited features and style options.
  • Premium Subscription: Advanced features, additional styles, higher resolution exports, and extended usage rights.

This refund policy applies only to paid subscriptions and premium feature purchases.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the premium features do not function as advertised due to technical issues on our end.
  • If you are unable to access the animation tools and features you paid for, and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
  • If you cancel your subscription within the refund period outlined below.
  • If your animated projects are lost due to a server error or other technical failures on our end.

3. Refund Period

Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • If you have used the premium features to create and export animations that you have already used for commercial or personal purposes.
  • If you change your mind about the animation styles or character designs available.
  • If you have violated our Terms and Conditions (including creating prohibited content).
  • If you've requested a refund after the refund period has expired.
  • If the issue is caused by your own hardware, browser compatibility issues, or internet connection.

5. Animation Content and Character Rights

Please note that even if you receive a refund, any characters or animations you've created may no longer be available for export or use in commercial projects once your premium access is revoked. We recommend backing up any important projects before requesting a refund.

6. Subscription Cancellations

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No charges will occur after that date. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.

  2. Provide your payment receipt, Animease account email, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  3. Include information about any animations or characters affected by the issue.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  5. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a 5-7 business days.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated revision date.
